What is Charisma?

For over 20 years, we have been teaching young men and women social skills, etiquette guidelines, and how to accomplish their goals. Our mission at Charisma is to help our students appreciate themselves inside and out so they can accomplish anything they put their mind to. By the end of their time here, we want them to be confident with who they are and who they were made to be.

President
Over 20 years ago I started my Etiquette School in the Minneapolis and Chicago area. Many doors opened for me to be able to speak into thousands of young people’s lives through my school, makeup line, speaking engagements, television appearances and fashion shows. My passion has always been for the younger generations to understand the significance of who they are and help them reach their full potential.
Charisma School of Etiquette is an extension of who I am and what I believe in. It’s a launching pad for children of all ages to learn the skills they need to be successful in life. Several of my students have gone on to obtain notable professions.
Being a wife and mom of five is my greatest joy. When I do get free time, I enjoy reading a good book and going to the beach. Some of my hobbies include scuba diving, downhill skiing, horseback riding and hiking.
Jaclyn Jarnot
Marketing Director
I am a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. I was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. I developed a love for basketball, a sport that has played a significant role in shaping my character and work ethic to this day. After playing five years of collegiate basketball, I have gained invaluable life lessons that continue to influence my approach to life and career.
I also have a passion for makeup and fashion, focusing on empowering women to feel confident in their own skin. I feel that Charisma embodies everything I believe in, and I enjoy helping our students embrace the confidence of knowing who God created them to be. I am dedicated to the mission of Charisma and thrilled to have the opportunity to make a difference in our student’s lives.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the beach, connecting with friends and family, and staying up to date on the latest fashion and makeup trends.
Alaina Jarnot
Creative Director
I am a passionate advocate for personal growth and self-confidence, with a background in communications that fuels my love for building relationships and connecting with others.
After years of hard work and dedication in high school, I earned a college basketball scholarship that enhanced my confidence and taught me many important life lessons.
I am passionate about makeup, fashion, and using these tools to help girls feel confident and express their best selves. I also love photography, capturing fun moments that reflect joy and authenticity. I strive to impact as many lives as possible, promoting the idea that confidence is reflected in how we carry ourselves, treat others, and embody our authentic selves.
