“Building Character and Confidence in Today's Young People.”

"I firmly believe the students that come out of our school will make a difference in society."

- Cristina Harty, President

Who are we?

At Charisma School of Etiquette we are passionate about being positive influences for our students. Youth today face many pressures from peers and social media; suggesting who they need to be and what they need to look like in order to be accepted in today’s society. They are looking for answers to many questions they have about themselves and what they are dealing with in life.

We give our students advice on how to overcome the challenges in life by building up their confidence. We bring out the inner beauty of each student and help them see what makes them unique and special.

Cristina, Jaclyn, and Alaina believe in the school and what it stands for. They feel every person should attend not only for the experience, but how it will change their lives forever. They look forward to meeting you!

Charisma gave me more than I could have ever imagined. I started as a 17 year old incredibly eager to learn about modeling. When I finished, I was a more confident young woman (with several new friendships), sure of who I was, and more educated about the modeling industry.

The qualities Cristina helped me harness have had a significant impact on my life. Through my time at Charisma and instruction in modeling my self-confidence along with integrity grew exponentially. I learned about my true value and true worth which helped shape the way I live my life. It has given me boldness in the way I lead my children and my family. I learned many life skills and lessons which I believe lead me to becoming a successful business entrepreneur and owner. Business ownership is demanding, but watching Cristina run Charisma gave me the courage to try it too. I couldn’t speak more highly of Charisma and what it taught me.

  • Ellen Schack, mother of student.

“I was more enthusiastic before my daughter went, but afterward she asked "can I do this again?!" I'd tell moms not to hesitate to enroll their girls, because it's not just about manners (which they learn the basics at home of course) but giving your child confidence to navigate through more nuanced situations. It's also one they can practice and put to use every day. Surrounded by other girls and impeccably dressed, confident teachers... the whole ambience left a lasting impression on my daughter. That feeling of being "initiated" into a world with its own language of sorts was ultimately, I think, the most appealing thing for her.”

  • Melanie, former student.

“I loved the class so much. It helped cure the awkwardness I felt when I made my first impression on someone new. It made me feel more like a lady than I ever had before. I loved learning about the world of etiquette and its uses in everyday life. I enjoyed learning all the new things.”

  • Michelle, mother of student.

“I was privy to the last few minutes of my daughter’s class as she was reviewing what she learned with the other girls. Tears sprung to my eyes when I saw her, poised and confident, shake her teacher’s hand and greeted her politely. She truly seemed to blossom in confidence in the short duration of her class. She came home and excitedly told her father and brother all she had learned, about how to properly hold her utensils, greet someone and set a table. She was exuberant in her new knowledge! I am so thankful a class like this exists, and I honestly can’t wait for my young son to attend one next!”

  • Gabrielle Johnson, mother of two students.

“Your classes are cultivating God-loving, confident young ladies, and we are deeply grateful to be a part of it all!”

  • Shana Robeson, mother of two students.

“Both of my daughters, ages 9 and 12, both enjoyed the class and came home all smiles ready to show us all of their new skills! I can tell their confidence increased and they’ve bloomed as young women at our dinner table. As a bonus, I can trust my 9 year old with a steak knife now! These classes provide invaluable life skills for my girls. Even as a mom who tries, these classes teach manners and etiquette that I’ve not even learned myself! And we all know children often learn certain skills better from other adults. That certainly rang true with some of the skills they picked up in these classes. The women who taught the classes are incredible role models for my daughters, I could not be more pleased! These classes are a blessing to a mom trying to raise a confident and poised young woman in this modern age! ”
